Strangest Sizing! Buyer Beware
Ok - this boot gets 4 stars for the cozy combat look. I love the small detail of the outer fur tongue, however, please note this boot is not fur lined. I am a standard US size 8 shoe, it took me 3 different pairs to get the size right, but the 5.5 fit best. For reference, I tried a 6.5, a 5, and now 5.5. Because the shoe isn't fur lined, the 5.5 gives me a little room for a thicker warmer sock. Comfort wise, I'd give these boots 3 stars. They are ok, but due to the strange sizing, my heel does slip up just a little, but my feet were so crammed into the 5, that the 5.5 will have to do. I'm sure sticking a custom orthotic in the boot will do the trick! I'm keeping them because I love the look and the heel discomfort really isn't too bad.
