Based between Brooklyn and Lagos, clothing label Busayo is the brainchild of lawyer-turned-designer Busayo Olupona. From the start, the designer wanted to integrate traditional Nigerian prints into her collections, specifically adire—a time-honored textile technique. As a result, Busayo has become know, and loved, for its bright, color-infused dresses and high-volume tops.
