Too tight
I REALLY wanted these shoes to work. They were very cute and I love them a lot but I had to return because they were too small. I ordered a half size down because that is what i usually do with Sam Edleman but i don't think a half size would fix the toe cleavage. The part of shoes that were supposed to cover my toes were just not doing that.

Not comfortable
Too large for standard size. Too short for the front section / toe cap and half of the toes appear. Too loose for whole shoes and need to add shoe pads. Won't buy this brand again.

Very narrow
I ordered these anticipating that they wouldn't be very comfortable based on the reviews below but I wanted to give it a try since they are so similar to the Chanel sling-backs. Unfortunately the reviews are right and these are way too narrow. Such a bummer because they are very chic in person.

Super cute!
I'm so glad I got these shoes. I was worried about the fit with the strap, but I've worn them a couple of times and they are really comfy. The strap is adjustable. I fluctuate between a 9 1/2 and 10. I went with the 10. I wanted the Chanel pair, but the price on these was too good to pass up. I think they are just a cute and great quality. They will be a staple in my wardrobe.

Elegant but larger than expected.
I bought it for everyday workwear. It goes with every pair of my pants and every shirt. Looks elegant and low-key. However, it is larger than I expected. I usually get a 7 in Sam Edelman and I have a wide feet. My feet were lifted out of the heels and the back strap cannot hold it. Feel hard to walk so I have to return it and get a 6.5.

Very uncomfortable
I've bought more than 3 sam edelmans before and this is the first time it's too big and uncomfortable. The heels are painful despite they are block heels and the square toe are not comfortable either. I wanted to love it so much and but had to give up.

I SO wanted these to work!
These "looked" like the perfect shoe for spring and I've had good luck with Sam Edelman pumps. (Not their booties, however) I ordered my true size 8.5, but my toes were cramped and my heel lifted out, despite having the adjustable strap at the tightest setting. I can't go a size down as lengthwise it was right, and sizing up for the toes would make them too big. The narrow heel happens as we age, so these are best for for youthful wearers.

Narrow
I am new to the brand and measured my foot + used the conversion chart to determine size. I ordered a 5.5, which was just a bit too small and especially very narrow! International returns are costly and annoying, so I'm disappointed I have to return these shoes. I now ordered them in a 6.5 but I already have buyer's remorse...
