Cheap fabric
The fabric on this dress reminds me of cheap halloween costumes for kids. The lining shows through and will not lie flat or smooth. The metallic panel looks like it's made of plastic. The neckline plunges way lower on a shorter woman (I'm 5'3"). It looks gorgeous in the picture, but I was disappointed and returned it.
