During their time at the Fashion Institute of Technology, classmates Ashley Cimone and Moya Annece formed a close-knit bond that led to a full-fledged accessories brand. ASHYA—a combination of the founders’ names—came to life after a trip to the South Western coast of India where the duo found a need for functional travel accessories. Ever since its debut in 2017, the Brooklyn-based brand has been designing travel-approved carryalls in classic colorways and sleek silhouettes.
