Description

Long leather sleeves give a wool jacket substantial presence. Welt pockets sit at the hips, and a zip closes the placket. A patch at the left sleeve houses welt and zip pockets, and fine ribbing structures the collar and the cuffs. Lined in silk.

Fabric: Wool felt / leather.
Shell: 80% wool/20% polyester.
Trim: 100% leather.
Lining: 100% silk.
Leather clean.
Made in the USA.
Bottom layer sold separately.

this jacket is so rich! it looks better in person. the navy is darker than the pic and the quality of the wool is not felty (which i hate). i am a true medium, size 6 and i ordered the 4 and it fit just right. 5 stars all the way!

Perfection

I just received this jacket in the mail and needed to share my utter appreciation for it! First off, it runs large so order one size down. It will still fit boxy but won't look like you are wearing a football player's letterman jacket, droopy shoulders and all. The wool is pristine, not at all like a heavy felted wool. The leather on the sleeves is supple and the pocket a nice addition to the simple silhouette. It is not a heavy jacket, closer to a lightweight wool coat so layering is possible without overheating. An elegant and cool jacket that can take you from fall to winter to spring; dress it up with a pencil skirt or casual with denim and flats.
