too oversized and not 'worn' enough
I am a size AU8 and i bought these in a 24 and they're still a bit big around the waist and bum.
They're not as faded IRL as they are in the pictures either, so they can kind of look like 'mum jeans' if you don't style them properly.
With flats they look a bit daggy... but rolled at the cuff with ankle boots or pointy-toe pumps they look ok... although they need a bit more 'wear and tear".

I am a 30 inch waist and 38 hip. I ordered the 29 and almost sent them back as the waist is roomy. I put on a belt and the jeans fit everywear else , however, with the belt I do get a true boyfriend fit. So I am keeping them! They are very comfortable and the length is as pictured. I am 5'6" and can roll them just above ankles or wear full length for boots etc. I will enjoy these this summer, they are lightweight and well made.
