great cut
I own a lot of jbrand and these days the sizes vary depending on fabric. these came on a bit tighter than normal, would suggest a size up.

Awesome waxed jean
J. Brad strikes again! I love these. They look so good with heels. I was going to say runs small- I go between 26 & 27 with J's when they're waxed. I bought these in 27, and they were tight at first. At a local boutique I tried them on in 28 and they were loose in the legs. So I stuck with 27, and after wearing them, they stretched some & fit much more comfortably. They're really a nice addition to your wardrobe, and add a little extra to your standard, black waxed denim.

Classic and Sexy
Love these, they fit like a glove...if you are nervous though go up a size...I love that they have the leather look because of the coating and the silt at the ankle adds another interesting detail.

QUITE SAD
I often buy Jeans from Current/Elliot and J Brand & lately I have noticed that J Brand & Current Elliott have increased in their prices.Not to mention that the prices with J Brand went up to like nearly 40% with some items (WOW). Two brands that I loved to shop for but wont be returning again. Quite sad as their prices were high anyway and now are out of control. Not worth the money.

I can't say anything wrong about these pants. The fit was perfect (Jbrand usually tend to be small so I go up a size) I got the 25 and they look amazing. The length is long so you may need to get them hemmed if you have short legs but all in all they are unique and the fabric looks amazing...

Best waxed jean style!
I bought 4 pairs of waxed jeans to compare and these were by far the winners for fit and style! The seam down the leg and slit at ankle sets these apart from typical jeans. I am 5'9" and the length is perfect. Great true to size fit overall.

These jeans are so beautiful I want to cry. All my other clothes are going to be jealous.
Seriously though, the coating on them (not identified, and I would like to know what it is) was scratchy. Care instructions said to dry clean, which I didn't see softening the jeans at all. So I washed them in cold, delicate cycle so as to not rub off the coating and they came out great. Coating, which is a bit sparkly, is still there. Yay!

Not a great fit...
I have at least a dozen pair of J Brand jeans and I was excited to try the new Vera, but unfortunately the fit was off. I always wear a 25 in J Brand which I ordered. They were much too small - I could barely get them zipped. So I ordered a 26 and they were too large - especially throught the thigh. I also felt the slit at the ankle was too large creating more of a flair than the photo on the website indicates. However, the fabric is very cool!

Cute, but too long for anyone shorter...
I liked these and the fit was great, however, I am 5'4", size 26 (size 2) and these were too long. If you wanted them to look like the style in the photos, you'd need to take to a tailor and have them reconstructed to re-make the slit to the appropriate length. Otherwise, if around 5'4", the slit will start on the top of the foot and jeans will go to just above the ground.
