Great bracelet, shopbop service rocks!
Purchased this bracelet in Azalea, love the color and wrap style of the bracelet. Unfortunately the cord started to unravel on my third wear. Contacted Shopbop cs and they offered to either refund or replace the item! Excellent service, am waiting for the replacement to arrive, hope that the quality is better!

low quality....
the material doesn't feel quality enough... very disappointing.. wore it for a couple of hours and felt like I must take it of... :(
