This bag came in absolute mint condition, and was wrapped up very well, the way I like it to be. It has a dust bag, which I was very happy about. The bag itself is just absolutely gorgeous, It's a perfect size to put some books in it, and I love how I can wear it cross body, or as a tote. The only thing that was annoying with this purchase was the company delivering it. I suppose they got confused, because while I was tracking it, they said they had to failed to deliver it to my house because no one was home, when my whole family was home. It was a stupid mistake on their point. It still doesn't change the 5 stars I gave for this bag though. I am in love, and I will continue shopping here.
