Wasn't sure how to wear this shoes in the beginning but when I've learnt different ways to wear it, I just loved it! They're a bit larger than expected, but Since the heels are a bit high the extra space makes my feet comfortable. I suggest to go 1 size higher.

Really fast shipping. It took 3days to Seoul,Korea. Shoes is nice that's why I ordered another color. I oredered stone, this stone color is brighter than photo.

I am very impressed with Ash shoes in general - I ordered multiple different pairs of this brand. These are well made and very versatile - they go well with skinny jeans and skirts alike. They also give my slightly more classic pieces a punk rock feel :) I probably will wear them mostly with skirts/dresses. They are not the comfiest shoes around because they have a pretty high heel, however, the lower heel version just doesn't look as good so I am prepared to pay the price. If you wear these all day while walking, you will be dreaming of the moment when you can take these off, but if you have a job that allows you to sit down, you'll be ok. The women will be looking at your feet and the men will be noticing your mile-long legs when you wear these :)

I ordered these in 37 and excitedly opened the package when it arrived 5 days later (as opposed to 3 for international shipping as it says in the shopbop ad, but I could look past that), only to be surprised and disappointed to find Ash Thelma wedge sneakers with WHITE heels, not BLACK. At first, I thought it was an honest mistake, however annoyed I was, I contacted the customer service via email for an exchange. I was then told that they do NOT have the black wedge sneakers with BLACK heels like you see in this picture and that they would refund the money if I returned the shoes. How do you sell items that are NOT in stock? It is just beyond me. I also talked to one other person who had the same happen to her. She said shopbop would refund the money but refused to take responsibility for the import duty (about $50) she had to pay. They told her to take it up to the Korean government?! I have loved shopbop for the last two years but this was v disappointing.
