While studying for the New York Bar Exam, self-taught designer Rachel Dooley began crafting jewelry as a creative outlet. Her line Gemma Redux fuses Rachel's training in mechanical engineering and industrial metals with her love of vintage and natural materials. The result? Only for tiny wrists
1. The clasp is nearly impossible to do with one hand, it's a necklace clasp. I don't want to need assistance to put on and take off my jewelry.
2. The showy part is fun and beautiful.
3. Unless you have the wrist size of a small child (I am very petite and it was way too small for my wrist), the bracelet can't be cinched up enough to keep the cool part from flopping down to the underside of your wrist, thus defeating the purpose.
I saw no point in keeping a bracelet that you'd have to constantly keep adjusting so you can avoid only showing the link and clasp. Overall, really cool bracelet, very poorly designed.
