Skinny J Brand ankle pants in soft, stretch leather are a statement piece. Faux front pockets provide a smooth fit, and patch pockets detail the back. Ankle zips add a biker-inspired touch, finishing the silhouette with an edge. Button closure and zip fly. Cotton backing makes this piece easy to wear.

beautiful pants!
these pants are fantastic - unfortunately they run large... they didn't have my normal size 26, so i ordered them in 27 - big mistake! they were much too big and i had to send them back. i was able to get them in 25 (unfortunately from another store, shopbop was sold out)and they fit perfectly! i will definitely buy another pair in a different color, if shopbop gets them again.

I literally stalked these pants for almost six months. "should I get them or not?" I finally did and I was pleased! The feel of these leather pants are so soft, I didn't want to take them off. The cognac color is AMAZING and over time will look even better with age. Unlike other leather pieces in my closet which are a bit stiff, J Brand knocked it out of the ballpark with these pants. Can't wait to wear them in the fall. Definitely a wardrobe staple :)

Beautiful color, softest leather
I am on the smaller end of a size 28 in J Brand. I can fit into a 27 but tighter than I would like to wear them. So I ordered these leather pants in a 28. They were big when I tried them on, but so comfortable. Unfortunately sold out when I tried to return them for a smaller size. I found them in black in a store here in Toronto and because of the stretchy leather, I went right down to a size 26 and, they did not look like I was a stuffed sausage. Alas, I did not waste these lovelies, thank God that I have the best alterations person here. She can make everything fit as if it were made specially for me. Because of the stretch factor in these leather pants, I would definitely recommend these in at least 1 size smaller.

I,m very pleased of the high quality of this leather pant! It's fit perfectly and the color is fantastic too!
But the price! I found that in other online shop is almost half price than this one I bought in Shopbop ! So sad.................
I should compare with other online shop before decision next time !

Worth every penny
I have never paid this much for an article of clothing in my life, but I find myself begging for opportunities to wear them. I had originally purchased a 29, as I normally wear a 29 in J Brand jeans. Way too big...so I tried a 28. Looked great but already felt stretched out and I was worried they would stretch out more. Tried the 27 and thought "no way, I won't be able to get them over my knees" but then they pulled up and now fit me like a glove! They do stretch out a tiny bit, but they don't look like it at all...I'm the only one who would noticed they've stretched a little. I can't wait to wear them over and over!!!
