Cute, but a half size larger, not very comfortable

Perfect look but size... not so perfect
I ordered my regular marc jacobs size since most of the reviews suggest it's true to size. However when I put it on, it fits one size too big and I am required to put a full insert to keep it from falling out (mine with regular feet width, not particularly wide or narrow). Despite the size issue, the leather is so soft and the wine colour with gold hardware is just lovely, perfect for Xmas!

Im bit disappointed when I receive the shoes. I saw the same shoes in the local shopping mall and they were so comfortable and had paddings. However the pair from shopbop, they look the same but no foot padding and not that comfortable as I tried on before. Have to return and buy from the local store.

For the sale price, this is extremely worth it! The leather is soft and comfy and even the insole is leather! i wear 37.5 for all kinds of mouse flats. true to size for me! LOVE IT! Love the colour! easy to match with everything! Anything!

very beautiful design and good quality
Love them ! They suits lots of my cloths, you can wear them in both a casual way or a formal way. And them are very comfortable. I usually wear size 8.5, so I got half size up to size 9, and them really fits me with no hurt at all. Girls, do not hesitate, go buy them
