House of Harlow Kyle flats
These shoes are fabulous!! Only one problem, this particular color seems to be mismarked in size. I ordered the 7.5 which is the same size I have in the other Kye shoes I own in different colors. In this color 7.5 size is actually an 8.5. It looks like it may be a problem from the manufacturer sine I ordered the same shoes(color & size) from other vendors and had the same problem. Needless to say I had to return the shoes. I even went so far as to contact House of Harlow directly about the problem about a month ago but still have not received a response from them. I found that to be a bad sign in so much as their customer service at House of Harlow stinks. Just wish these shoes were not mismarked by the manufacturer as I loved the color and it would have been a great addition to my other HH Kye flats. Shopbop was wonderful and I will definitely continue shopping with them!!! Thanks Shopbop for a great shopping experience.
