More of a shirt or tunic. Even at 5'5'' could not wear as dress. Quality of the fabric was the most disappointing. The design was cool, Just not executed in the best way

lovely dress
Something Else by Natalie Wood is one of my favorite brands, so I had high expectations for the dress. I ordered a 0, which fit perfectly, but was a little shorter than I expected. Overall, this will be a great summer party dress.
