Picture does not do this dress justice..
The picture does not do this dress justice! It is a such a beautiful waist defining, wear anywhere dress. It looks great with black opaques and ankle boots or black or tan pumps. The gathered part of the fabric is only on the bottom so it can also be worn with a short blazer. I love it!
