Solid Army Hair Tie Set
They do not hold up my pony tail. My pony tail keeps drooping. These hair ties do not work for people with thick, long hair. Oherwise, nice color and nice materials

These hair ties are the perfect colour for day to day wear however they do fray so i would burn the tips before wearing but an overall good buy and worth the money.

Staying Power
I read the reviews before purchasing this product. I did have concerns about the price of the product, but after reading that they held the hair well I decided to try them.
Before I give my review I wanted to say I am a make up artist and hair stylist so I have a lot of experience with hair products.
I can not recommend these hair ties more highly. They hold the hair well with out pulling it and as other people have stated they do not leave a mark in the hair.
The biggest bonus for me is that I have hair extensions and have had to get used to my hair being heavier when I put it up. A lot of hair ties just dont hold it or I have to wrap the tie around really tight and get a head ache. These ties hold the hair in place perfectly.
I think they also look a little more modern than the normal hair ties.
Worth the price.

Easy on hair
Upon reading other reviews, yes, this set is more expensive than the set at Sephora. However, the cost per tie is not much more. This set includes multiple ties in each color, whereas the Sephora set includes only one of each color. Also, this set includes the neutral green and navy colors not available at Sephora. In addition, I believe Shopbop to be fair in their pricing when you factor in the free shipping costs. One reviewer stated that these coiuld easily be made by a consumer. This is true; however, travel time to the specialty store as well as gas (or mass transit fees) should be factored into the cost. Also, minimum purchases in each color might also be a requirement. In taking all of this into account, if one is in the market to buy a complete set of neutral colors, a tie set purchase at Shopbop is practical and hassle free.

ARE YOU KIDDING?
Seriously, this elastic RETAILS at $1/yd. That breaks down to about $.20 each. And the cut edges of these aren't even sealed to prevent them from unraveling. I know some people may not be 'crafty' enough to make their own hair ties, but it literally entails tying a knot and cutting elastic. 60 seconds if you have to get scissors from another room. That's it.

Great hair ties, they are very gentle on the hair and nice variety colour pack. I wouldn't recommend buying here tho cause Sepphora, if you can find it there, carries the exact same for a fraction of the price.

Are you kidding me with the price of these? Yes, they are wonderful for your hair but come on. $50 for elastic? There are several other sites who have these for WAY LESS.
