Designer
The name Havaianas (pronounced ah-vai-YAH-nas), Portuguese for Hawaiians, was a tribute to America's glamorous holiday destination. Aussie Uniform
Obviously as an Australian I own about 10 pairs of these and wear them for about 8 months of the year. I love them! I wore them backpacking around Europe for 6 months and they are the only "shoes" that never hurt my feet.
Plus they're cheap so I can replace them often. Love them! I'm sad in winter when I have to wear real shoes.

So disappointed
I purchased Havaianas slim flip flop last year, the size was really perfect. So this year, I saw more colors,decided to purchase an another pair but the size is so off, 37/38 which is i usually purchase is huge, then i went ahead bought 35/36 which is small. I had to return both of them. I don't know why havaianas would have such variations on their same collections. I wish they had kept the fitting like last year.

Love Havaianas! Love Shopbop!
I have owned several Havaianas and love the quality (they last), the fit (comfortable even for wide feet), and the look (funky colors and thin strap). I ordered these for my Mom in the sand grey/light golden - nice neutral summery color. I love my Havaianas so much, I just had to get her a pair. She wears a size 39 (US 9), so I ordered the 39/40 and they fit just fine. Very comfy and top-notch quality!! Highly recommend in all colors!! Oh, and hats off to Shopbop for getting these to me overseas in less than 2 days!
