Designer
A graduate of Parsons School of Design and recipient of the Isaac Mizrahi Gold Thimble Award, Peter Som apprenticed with Michael Kors and Calvin Klein before joining the Bill Blass design team. Som debuted his eponymous collection in 2001 at Bryant Park and quickly became an industry darling. Crediting his San Francisco upbringing for his eclectic and sophisticated aesthetic, Peter Som has attracted such stylish starlets as Scarlett Johanssen, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Ginnifer Goodwin.
