The Perfect blouse
This is my first Equipment blouse, I bought the electric blue and loved the color in person. Very bright for the summer. Can be worn with pants or with white jacket and jeans with flats for a semi-casual look.
My size is Medium and it is good that I didn't follow some reviews here and down sized, the blouse is not too lose and if you have hips then you don't really need to downsize as it will be tight from the bottom.
I want to buy this blouse in all the colors as they are very practical and can be worn as casual or for work. Hope Shopbop will consider restocking the fushia color, it is my second most wanted color. Please consider my request :)

Lovely silk blouse, loose fitting in a stylish way - i bought black because i though it would be more versatile. Pretty pricey, which it the reason it gets 4 stars, but good quality piece i can see myself wearing for a long time to come

Love this shirt
I love this shirt, it is beautifully soft and a great fit. I normally take a Medium, Im a US 8 and a 5'11 in height with a 34D bust and the medium fit perfectly.
The material is soft and the colour is pretty much right on to pictured (I bought the Poppy colour). NOTE the poppy is very bright so if you dont think you can pull it off or are a bit shy about colours dont get it. It is a show-stopper of a colour. I have received many comments from guys and girls.
The only drawback about this top is that I have to dry clean it all the time. Washing this top will result in a fading of colour, shrinkage and a weird white discolouration to seams/pockets. Trust me I washed another Equipment dark colour shirt and it looks cheap and gross now. Be careful of rain, you will get watermarks left behind (I got caught out, my poor dry cleaner had to fix it).
Overall, a great purchase and well worth the money.

Love The Colors
I now have 8, tree, lime, 2 in fuschia, turquoise, blue, the white -floral and now coral.
I'm sending the violet back. Just the slightest grayed down color isn't becoming to me.
The coral is here to stay.
Silk is not for the sloppy at heart. It will suck up a stain within 5 miles away and spread it wider. Water marks it. Tuck it in and its wrinkled at the waist.
But Baby Powder will remove grease stains and the Woolite dry cleaning kit removed all the stains with no color removal. .
The fit is true to size, blousy at the waist, dropped shoulders, sleeves probably too short for tall women unless you roll them up The sleeves could be slim for some below the elbow. They're just the right length for me but everything els with long sleeves has to be altered shorter or shoulder pads added.
Anyhow, with all the treating these blouses like Divas, I love them but they are work to care for......not all silk is.

Great shirt!
I've been looking for a black shirt for work and this fit the bill to a tee (no pun intended haha). Even though the shirt is black, the silky material keeps your skin cool. The cut is just right and it's not too oversized and falls slightly below my hips. I'm 5"4, 120 lb and usually a size small in most tops. I read the reviews on the other Equipment blouses so I sized down to an XS for this and it fit perfectly. Can be dressed up or down depending on what you pair it with. It's a little pricey for a shirt, but the quality is great and the cut is lovely. Thanks Shopbop for the lightning fast shipping!
