Really cheap looking
Was tossing up about getting this skirt and am sorry I did! the blue is more washed than navy and the skirt just looks cheap! very dissapointing

A great basic skirt. The pleats around the waist make it very flattering. The skirt has a slight stretch to it which was a welcome surprise.
