My hips measure 35'', and size S fits me perfectly.

Calvin Klein undies: Very comfy!
These undies are very comfy and seamless. Great for wearing with jeans. I am a sz 10 but went for a sz 12, which is fine. There is not a lot of bottom coverage so I would size up if in doubt.
