Brief:
I am normally a 6-28-M, but due to other reviews and previous purchase of CK seamless undies (the ombre ones, not these), I purchased a L. They fit comfortably, but I think I could have done a M as well. However I will get more of these in L as I like the comfort and full rear end coverage.

Love these so much they are my everyday choice ! True to size as I am a Au 10-12 and order a Medium in these.

I love these panties. They are comfy and still cute. I will order more. They wash well too. I wouldn't say they run really small but the medium fits well and I wear a size 26 or 27 in denim so I guess I'd normally think of ordering a small.

My go-to seamless everyday undies
I've been buying these for years and now own dozens - they're my favourite everyday undies. I first bought a pair in 2006 and they've only just become overstretched and "old" looking this year - they last amazingly well. Lots of fun colours as well as the staple neutrals and best of all no annoying undies tag to stick out the top of your pants! LOVE them.

Very comfy
CK briefs have a "contemporary fit", meaning they run small, so even though I'm a US 2 I have learned to size up. I have these in Medium and they're perfect. Good coverage and fairly smooth under clothes and the microfibre is incredibly soft. They hold up well in the wash, too. Good quality, comfortable everyday underwear for the price. One star off because they do run small.
