I'm 6months pregnant and bought this dress to wear on my days off work. It's gorgeous, lightweight, super comfy material and works really well layered with a jersey tee or by itself. I was a little bit worried about sizing but went the S (usually would be an XS or S anyway) and definitely think it's true to size. I wouldn't go up a size if you can avoid it because there is sooo much fabric! A seamfree tank underneath helps smooth out the bumps. The higher neckline is great too.

Great looking basic
Just got this dress and I am in love! It fits so well, very flattering and sexy. It shows every curve the right way. Love it paired with a statement necklace and flat sandals.

too clingy around hips and thighs
I really wanted to love this dress. I did love the way it fit on top, but the bottom curved in from the hips, not making a very flattering fit. I am thin, but this dress came in way too much and did not hang straight down like it shows on the picture. It is also VERY long. I ordered a size S instead of my usual XS hoping that might help, but no.....did not help.

Too long!
I ordered up a size because one of the reviewers said that dress fit snuggly but it does not. I wish that I had stayed with a medium. Dress is also way too long. I had to get it shortened.

Great basic
I got this in black XS and personally I don't find it too clingy or anything like that... I am around 5'2" 94 lbs. Besides, ribbed cotton stretches out after a while so I don't think there's anything to worry about if you're comfortable with your body. It is very long though, but nothing the seamstress can't fix. When I first got the dress I was pretty neutral about it...nothing spectacular. But I guess this dress kinda grew on me with wear. It's a good basic maxi to pair with pop colored nails and accessories. Will recommend to anyone looking for a casual value-for-money maxi.

I love this, just the right length for me at 5'9" - no awkward ankles showing. In the black a skin coloured bra shows through slightly, much better with a black one. Now I want this in other colours.

This dress is amazing. It's the super-sexy dress that is also effortless. Great cut, drape, material. I'm 5'5" and it grazes the ground if i wear flats. I'm in love.

Cute and comfy!
The sz xs I ordered is more form-fitting on the model than on me, but it is still very cute and shows off my petite hour-glass figure nicely. My measurements are 31-22-32 for reference. Shopbop's description of the fit is accurate, so I was not surprised. Thank you Shopbop! I love how the dress skims and slighly hugs my figure, so it gives off a more toned-down sexiness :). Also, the scoop neckline is lower on me for some reason. The material is lovely, light and soft, but the color is much more grey in person. I actually didn't mind that, since this dress is darling!
