Honestly don't know how these boots can get any better. I really think the pictures depict the shoes exactly. I'm usually 8 - 8.5 in shoes, so I bought 8.5 and they fit me perfectly! On top of that, they're super comfy. Such a great purchase, especially at the sale price.

Just got these babies in the mail and I am happy with them. The left shoe makes a weird wrinkle, but nothing some tights or leggings can't fix. oh, the shoe box also made this purchase delightful. thanks shopbop!

Cute, but...
Very cute shoes, exactly the style I was searching for and seemingly comfortable. Fits TTS... However, I was not pleased with the color. On-line, the pics do not portray the true color... There are dark brown splotches all over the shoe, which look like you took a paint brush and just dipped it in a dark brown color and dabbed it all over the shoe. I sent them back....
