cute concept but too short
It was cute in concept but when I tried it on it was too short for me to wear. It would've been a more versatile dress had it been a tad bit longer. I am 5'6 and around 125 pounds and I ordered a 2.

Not flattering on petites
(I'm 5'1.5", wear a size 0 in dresses & am an A cup) On me, the dress looked a bit odd - on a taller, more curvaceous person it would look much nicer. The pleats and slight flaring above the 'bum' of the dress sat too low on me so the flaring looked strange. The height at which the waist tapers in (near the black band) sat lower than my natural waist. Basically, the dress was not at all flattering for my figure - I looked shapeless but somehow also fatter - so although it was true to colour, looked exactly like the image and seemed to be good quality, I would not recommend it to someone who is either my height or not very curvaceous
