Love the skirt
I'm usually a US4 (always buy one size bigger than what the model is wearing) and I went for M, it fits good but with a tiny bit room left to tuck in jumpers (it's winter here now)
I've measured the waist and size medium measure 13.5 inch across
Will fit 27 - 27.5 inch waist (but it does have a little stretch so maybe 28 inch waist too)

Tight fit around the waist area, and a bit longer than the photo of it on the model.
But very supportive material and looks great with a bustier and pumps.

So cute... but longer than on the model
I loved this skirt and decided to splurge as I thought I'd get a heap of wear out of it and definitely would have if it'd been the same length as me as in the pictures. I am around 165cm tall and the hem was just too long and close to my knees to look as cute on me. I know neoprene can be cut (and not fray) but I was nervous about getting such an expensive item altered. If you are 170cm and up, I say go for it though! The fit around the waist is stunning, with a beautiful structure that is also comfortable. Would be a great item for ladies in the southern hemisphere preparing their winter wardrobes!

Great but...
It looks gorgeous, very attractive, but - it is very small in waist area. I'd prefer a size bigger to feel more secure.

Love neoprene, but too small
The waist on this is not in any realm "large." It's childsized. But I love neoprene clothes, am dying for the dress version of this which is adorable but so short, it's like inappropriate. Love the material, but sizing is not for anyone over 25.

Wonderful whimsical skirt
This skirt is so well made and cinches well in the waist. It is a lot of material but is right with the style. The length is perfect, i ordered some of other skirts like this and they were too long. I highly recommend if you are looking for this look.

my favorite skirt!
Absolutely love this skirt (bought in the kale color). Neoprene is super comfy and on the thicker side, so the skirt is a bit more structured. The high waist plus box pleats are super flattering and fun. The skirt sits at your natural waist but the pleats don't start for a few inches, so it bells out in a very cute way. Didn't expect to like the neoprene fabric as much as I do; every time I wear this I get compliments.
