I purchased this shoes via Shopbop for long time ago. I usually wear 7.5 and I ordered this in 7.5 First time wearing this shoes, it was a bit narrow and very hurt. But as time goes by, the elastic band becomes more elastic and this shoes becomes so comfortable. Careful because the leather is easily get scratched and not as shiny as before. Overall this is my best flat shoes, comfortable, simple and gorgeous.

My true size is 37.5 and I got these in 37.5. It fits perfectly and all that, but it digs in my achilles tendon so bad. It's really uncomfortable and hurting after wearing them more than a few minutes. I think these are TTS, but the elastic band is tight.

from the uk and I wear a uk size 8 which is a euro size 41 and should be a us 10. After reading all these reviews I decided to buy the us 10.5 as I thought I don't want it to be too small but thought if I get it big it will be unwearable when it stretches. I thought as people keep commenting on the back elastic of the shoe being to tight, going 1/2 size up should be enough. I'm please to say I was exactly right, shoes were fine on, had to break them in on the first day but by the second I didn't even realise that they became comfortably normal. leather is soft enough to loosen a bit but hard enough that you shouldn't go down too small in size. When I went to my local designer department store 2 days later after receiving these pumps to buy the Tory burch thong sandals they only came in size 10 or 11 so after trying them on I knew I couldn't get away with the 10 & the 11 was perfect. So if the shoe is in whole sizes, they run small so get 1 size up, if in half sizes go 1/2 size up

LOVE these shoes. The only reason that they don't get 5 stars is that the elastic in the back starts to dig in and by mid day starts to be bothersome. I only wear these once in a while so that might be why it still bothers me. Beautiful soft leather and cushioned sole. Great classic shoe.

lets not talk about the shoe size first, i cant beleive shopbop would send me, can i call it a defect???because it deffinatly looks like one, the gold badge was not perfect, didnt look like a new pair of shoes to me, some places were scratched!i know u can return them but im in hong kong, which will be such a hassle to me! NOW SHOE SIZE i think they are a bit smaller, im hoping it will be larger in time when the leather stretches. i hv a feeling the toes are agona be in pain...but they are quite easy to match n the leather is super soft with nice cushion inside but i dont think that will help the problem.
