Beautiful shoes that are good on the foot. Perfecte to work and party. Soft soles and gorgeous leather. I have slightly high instep and metal emblem squeezed a little the first few times. They are still so good that I ordered a couple more.

I have Reva and this one, and this one is much more comfortable then Reva... Reva need a long breaking time and the process is really "painful." My feet are really wide (I wear 8 for heel and flat, 8.5 for boots. Usually wear 7.5-8.5, or 39-40, 24.5cm long form toe to heel and 10cm wide!) So I expected that I might have a tough time to break this shoes. But it's not! It's really comfortable and don't need break time (because it's not made by leather...) If you love shinny, diamante stuff but don't want it too noticeable, you must purchase this!

the flats
ok so first of all, many reviews have said to get a half size bigger but i don't really think so. since this was not my first pair of tory burch flats, i went ahead with the normal size that i usually. YES, at first these pair of flats will kill you, especially the top part of the shoe, but after a while as the leather breaks and become soft.. you will be glad you got it! this flats matches ANYTHING and that gold metal adds a little shine to the outfiit. it's pricey for a pair of flats, but hey it's gonna last a long time!!!!

I need one size up!! Usually i wear 6, but this one needs 6.5 but it's still good leather and go with almost every outfit. i would like to buy another colours.

import tax refund
I've well received the shoe and it was the same what I wanted.
But, I've ordered Reva Flat shoes including tax by mistake
and then, I tried to revise my order without tax.
Finally, it was impossible, even though I tried to cancel or
revise the order the same day and the next day.
Anyway, I am still waiting to refund the overcharged tax amount.
Shopbop said it will take from 60 to 90 days, it takes too long time
than I expected.
I hope shopbop to take a step on this matter
as soon as possible and also change customer service
policy to easily cancel or revise order etc..

Design so pretty but uncomfortable
Metal logo decorating very good. Luxury feel of soft leather shoes. But... Shoes I walked instep hurts too much. Multiple gods was okay. Now satisfied... Aww! And for the first time, the foot is dyed.
