super FUN necklace
This is a super fun necklace although the materials do seem a little cheap. The neon beads are fun and bright but not obnoxious. And who doesn't love a rhinestone?? And there are plenty of these to go around. A little pricey on sale at 121 but it so fun. It was worth it to me!
