Gusseted suede panels expand the sides, and the detachable, polished chain-link shoulder strap has a suede strip for comfort. The brushed-metal turn-lock clasp opens to a lined interior with a zip pocket.

goof and stunning bag but I don't know why it doesn't come with the dust bag.

Not so good
Excited to open package when it arrived. Disappointed with quality of bag. Edging where patent trim is looked horrible and uneven. Bag really tiny. Looked cheap and nasty. Straight back as a return. Very disappointing.

Turnlock is bad
Same problem as the above user. I noticed the turnlock closure seemed loose but didn't think too much of it. The first time I used the bag it would not stay closed and the turnlock actually fell off.

Faulty turnlock
This is a great looking bag, and the pocket in the back perfectly fits an iPhone. However, only a day after the first use, the turn lock became very loose, and so the bag opened on its own repeatedly, every few minutes, as i walked, As a result, I lost some items that fell out.. It's a shame because I love the size and look of the bag, but my model simply wasn't secure. There seems to be no way to tighten the latch. But Shopbop Customer Service is great. I explained and they offered a store credit. So it's going back. Thanks Shopbop!
