The pant was ultimately too tight & pushed my fat up into a muffin top, right above the band.

I bought these in my normal pre-pregnancy size and they fit perfectly--very glad I didn't size up. I'm 5'10" and the length is also perfect--not too long for flats but a little bit of extra for heels. My only complaint is that they ride low in the back and I have to pull them up all the time when I stand up since the elastic isn't exactly the same as a button and zipper. Overall, super comfortable and they are actually true to their claim that they don't stretch out in the knees, etc. so they're great for a double wear without looking dumpy and sad. After a couple washes there is a little pilling on the elastic (and I don't put them in the dryer), but not a big deal. I would recommend for a super comfy pregnancy pant but wished they stayed up better in the back.
