Beautiful boots with size issues
These are very beautiful ankle boots and I love the bow. I typically wear a 7.5 to 8 in shoes depending on the brand. I always wear an 8 in boots because I like to have a little extra room in them. I ordered these in size 38 and found the length to be fine but the width was very narrow. When compared to another pair or RED Valentino boots I have from a previous season the difference is obvious. They were very tight across the vamp. I went ahead and ordered a size 38.5 and found that the length and width across the sole of the shoe was surprisingly similar to the size 38 but there was a lot more room across the top of the shoe, making them wearable. I've never worn a size 8.5 before this so I have to say these seem to run half a size to a full size small.
