Description
A supple, buttery leather Alexander Wang backpack is a substantial carryall with a luxe edge of utilitarian chic. Zip pockets outfit the exterior, which expands with a wraparound zip gusset. The shoulder straps can be zipped together for single-shoulder wear, and the optional shoulder strap converts the bag into a tote. A zip pocket details the main flap, which unsnaps to reveal a buckled, gathered opening and a lined interior with a zip pocket.

At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.
