Beautiful Fit
I've been after this dress ever since seeing it on Kate. Despite the steep price, I will say that the fit is divine and the silk is weighted enough to fall nicely. Unlike the color guide, I felt the green is more like the video and less like the still shots. I have seen DVF dresses the color of the still shots, but this particular dress is slightly more yellow-green than jungle-green. It's not a huge deal but worth noting because I was surprised when I received it.

This is a beautiful dress. I wore it to work today and received so many compliments from men and women alike! The green color is definitely head-turning. I will say that it's not the best dress for the office because you sit on those buttons and if you move suddenly, one could become unsnapped. The boat neck can get a little tight while you are sitting as well. Overall though it was comfortable and you could totally wear it out in the evening. It was so flattering on!

Beautiful color; weird fit
Kate Middleton wore this dress beautifully on her recent US/Canada tour. I intentionally sized up because DVF dresses often run small for me. The fit was good but something weird happens up at the armpits. I think because the neckline is so high in the front and then dips into a V in the back, it creates this weird collection of extra fabric in the armpit area. It's so extreme that I suspect it was pinned back in the picture shown here. I really wanted to keep this dress because the color is fabulous and the silk feels luscious, but I just couldn't get over the fit issues.

The Kate Middleton dress is back!!!!
Ladies, this is THE DRESS!!! I tried this on at the DVF boutique in Dallas and decided not to buy it because I wondered how often I would wear it. Well that was a big mistake because one month later I saw the Duchess wearing it on her trip to the U.S. She has worn it again because she is so good at shopping her own closet. I cannot believe it is back because it was sold out everywhere. Google the dress and you will see it is the same one. It won't last long. Get it!!!!
