| 1. With a bra on, wrap a tape measure snugly, but not too tightly, around your rib cage, just below your bust line. This is your band size (US/UK sizing uses inches). | ||||||

I order them in bulk they are so good.
I've been using these for a couple of years now as they stay put until I remove them. What I like is that I cannot see the outline of the pasty no matter what I am wearing, they are so thin. Yet they do the job and conceal nips and keep me ladylike. My favorites!

Will give a few more test runs...
Tried these with a jersey dress that doesn't allow a bra - they cover up nicely and are comfortable, however, they did show through the dress a bit. With a thicker material than jersey, I'm sure they would be perfect.

Incredible purchase!
These are absolutely amazing! I'm someone with a small bust and I hate wearing bras, so I tend to use a lot of nipple tape. These are by far the best I've ever tried - they really conceal, even under very thing clothing, without any edges or bumps showing. Only thing is, they're really pricey at $2 a pair.

Just okay...but can be visible!
These worked ok, but were kind of visible under my white dress, which was jersey material and wasn't that thin. They were JUST barely visible only at times, but I was embarrassed that people may think I had huge nipples! I haven't worn them since. They're quite big, and don't stick on as flat as they should, and the bandaid gauze part in the very middle is kind of thick, which was the culprit of making them visible.

too steaky!
they are really cute and do the job of covering but they do not lift as other nipple concealer adhesives do and its very hard to get them off.... it actually hearts..
