If there is any control, it is light. The top kept rolling down. It helped that I am petite so I tucked the top of these leggings under my bra. I still had to go to the ladies every now and again to make sure it stay tucked. Very disappointing.

I was looking for some no see-through leggings, and these are perfect. They are spanx and shape your legs without feeling tight. They are comfortable.

I'm happy with these leggings, but they almost feel like my running tights. They are great under tunic type blouses or short dresses and with booties.

Does what it's supposed to
Good tights, holds you in without being too uncomfortable, and easy to move in. More of a struggle to get on and off than regular tights, but that is expected. Only complaint is that they're a little sheer when you bend over, and as I was using it for a dance-performance, not ideal. This should't be a problem in most cases though.
