ISSA's signature gathered dress in sweeping silk jersey. The V neck plunges to the waist, which is detailed with a pleated knot. The back is fastened with a hidden zip, and the 3/4 sleeves are sleek and fitted. Unlined.

Zoom in around the waist
Seams are too heavy & come apart. It is not the ISSA quality as usual. Zoom in around the waist on the picture, you'll see what this is about. Tax was approx USD50 in Japan. Had to return.
