Designer

Designer Tori Praver has become synonymous with surf, sun, and sand. better then a cover up
I bought this dress and did not intend to use it as a beach cover up. It's black and the fabric would be too hot for the sun and sand. It needs a tank under it because of the arm holes but you can see that in the picture.I love this dress. it is complimentary because you pull it up as far as you want for the skirt length and then it gathers along the sides to fold over your mid-section. By changing the color of the tank it gives the dress different looks.
