great maternity jean
I have these in Hewson wash as well, size 27. I purchased these in 28 because I wanted to wear these until the end of my pregnancy, and thought I should size up. The 28s do fit differently than the 27s, there is the occasional "hike up" of the pant... but overall very nice and flattering fit. The wash "starless" looks a lot better in person than it does on the model. There is a bit of scratching initially where the denim and elastic meet, but I have tucked my shirt in or put band aids on the 2 spots to prevent more scratching. It's I highly recommend these maternity jeans if you are looking for a dark denim wash.

J Brand devotee
I love J Brand denim, so I had to buy a pair of maternity jeans once I started showing. I could easily just wear a belly band over my old jeans, but these are actually cute. They are super low rise and very stretchy. I wear a 25 in J Brand normally, and the 25 Maternity has plenty of room to gain weight, so just buy your normal size.

Great color, but snug
I ordered these jeans in a 27 (my pre-pregnancy size). I am seven months pregnant, and these jeans still slide down, but they are quite snug in the thigh. I am not sure if they are not cut right for me or are too small. The fabric is also a little stiff. I have to pull up my pants frequently when I am wearing these jeans, BUT that doesn't stop me from wearing them. They are a great color, and they make my legs look great! If comfort is what you are looking for, then I would suggest Joe's Jeans. If you are looking for style though, these jeans are amazing!

Cute but too tight
These jeans were super cute but I had to return because the stretch pockets were too tight/uncomfortable at this point in my pregnancy (Im 33 weeks). I think these jeans are best for 1st/2nd trimesters.

Good but not perfect
I like the idea of these not having a panel, but I actually think I would have preferred a panel. As it is, these jeans aren't *quite* comfortable, because if your shirt isn't long enough you're worried about showing crack or possibly even worse, pregnant lady belly. They are a beautiful wash (though slightly sheen-y, which is nicely dressy but can highlight things you might rather not) and they hold their shape really, really well even after many wears, but I wish they had a full panel or otherwise stayed up a little bit better.
