Decent alternative to real leather
For the price, these are a decent alternative to real leather. However, I took one star off because, to me, they are just another pair of coated jeans. Really, they should just be called The Coated Legging Jeans. They do look good on, but if you want something that looks closer to real leather, these are not it. Also, like others have noted, they run at least a whole size small, so definitely size up when ordering.

Faux-leather at it's best
I ordered these and the J-Brand coated skinny jeans together. While I love my J's and they fit well, these definitely looked more like real leather. Thanks to all the online reviews I read, I ordered a size up (27 instead of my normal 26). I think that was the right call - they have a little room in the waist but hug my thighs just right. I haven't worn them out yet but am having fun putting together their 'debut' outfit combo in my head!

I am a huge AG fan, I own 7 pairs of their jeans in different styles, fabrics and colors. That being said, I was not impressed with this one. The fabric is quite stiff, they are hard to pull on and, at least for me, they were not flattering. It does look like real leather. All my AGs are size 27 and got this one in 28, due to the reviews. Even the 28 was hard to pull on and had lots of creases. Returned.

Awesome jeans
Omg, these jeans are the best ever.
I' m usually a size 24 in everything but decided to size up due to reviews and
I m glad I did. It really does look like next best thing to leather.

Not too impressed
I was SO looking forward to getting these. I'm a 26 in most jeans but these are pretty tight. Still fit so I'm hoping they'll stretch. I was also a little disappointed with the look, thought they would look more like leather. Overall, nice looking but not what I was expecting.

Very versatile
I love these! I wish that they came in more colors. I bought the black and I do also have black leather leggings, but they are not a duplicate. These can be worn very casually, which I really like. I love running around town in these with a baggy t-shirt and converse. I also wore them on a night out with a black lace top and heels and that was cute too. I agree that the texture is rough.

Happy with sleek fit and length
Never thought I would buy leather-look jeans but the look grew on me and I ultimately concluded they would be versatile. I researched all brands and chose these. I am about 126 lbs, 5'8 and quite slim built but with toned, muscular legs. The size 27 fit snug but perfect. The length was good. The pocket detail was much more interesting than others. They look sexy and I look forward to wearing them. Normally I am a 25 or 26 in Seven for all Mankind Jeans or a 27 in J Brand. For a bit looser fit as shown on the shopbop fit model, I would have chosen a size 28. But i like the snug look of the 27.

Love These!!
It always takes me a while to get into new trends, but after seeing these last year I knew I wanted a pair. So I tried on lots and lots of different brands and these were my favorite. I knew I wanted something that I could wear day or night and these are perfect. I like that they are not too shiny but definitely don't look like jeans, the hardware is subtle so I feel like I can dress them up or down, and they are flattering to be worn with boots or heels. Definitely going to be wearing them often this winter.

favorite leather-like pants
tried on several pairs of leather-looking jeans, including j. brand's vera, hudson's krista, free people's vegan leather, and ag's leatherette. the hudson's were the easiest to get on (i have an athletic lower body so skinny jeans are usually a pain for me) and the j. brand vera are really unique, but the front slit looks kinda weird when you're wearing flats or sandals (probably would only look good in heels). the ag's are my favorite by far, and although tight, they looked the best. they are also heavier/thicker material than the j.brand and hudson's. i tried on 27 and 28 (am usually a 26) and even though the 27's were hard to get on (literally squeezing in them), the 27 looked on better than the 28, like everything was pulled together kinda like shapewear.
