Alexander Wang puts an edgy twist on a creamy silk slip dress, detailing the feminine silhouette with stark leather straps that belt the waist and form a T-strap halter. The V neckline and deeply scooped back lend a sexy finish. Adjustable belt. Lined.

Fabric: Silk double crepe.
Shell: 100% silk.
Trim: 100% sheepskin.

Designer

At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

I REALLY wanted to like this dress
So I LOVED this dress from the back. like really loved. And it fit true to size. But the front just wasn't very cute. I mean-it was fine. But I knew that if I was in pictures from the front, I wouldn't have really liked how it looked, and I don't think buying a dress bc you only love the back makes sense. That being said...the back was great!!! So if you want to give it a shot, i say go for it. Perhaps the front will work better on you. I really wrested with whether to send this back or not, but ended up sending it back. Sigh....
