Basic wardrobe staple
It's just a black tank top, but the material is stretchy and fitted without being suffocating. Length is long enough for various types of outfits. I like my basic tank tops to be either very lightweight and sheer, or stretchy and fitted, depending on how I want to layer. This one fits the bill for being fitted.

great stretch, keeps it shape, and great length. Material feels really high-quality. The neckline isn't as flattering on me as I would have hoped, doesn't look very different from cheap tops I buy to exercise in. But worth it for the quality of the material.

Yet another perfect tank bought from Shopbop - soft material, fit that really sticks to your body without suffocating you as the material is stretchy and soft and you hardly notice it at all, long so you can wear it with low-waisted pants. I don't understand these tanks aren't sold in my country. Here I only find the bulky ones that climb up your belly and come to rest in a mess above the belly button. I'm so tired of always having to pull them down. This is perfect as it stays where you put it! Thanks Shopbop! I have this in black and white and the white is a bit sheer but it's for layering so does not matter.

The wardrobe staple!
I have a couple of these in every color and the product washes and wear very well and does not lose shape throughout the day. They are meant for laying so keep this in mind. The length and cut are perfect!

Great Long Tank Top
I bought it in white. My first, but not last, Splendid top. Super soft, not sheer, longer, layer top. I'm US size 6/8, 36E and M fits perfect. I will buy it in black too.
