Clean-lined and simple, this silk column gown has a fold-over collar at the high, halter neckline. Deep side slit and seamed waist. T-strap at the open back. Hidden side zip. Lined.

Unfortunately does not fit as I expected
It is a beautiful gown, but unfortunately does not fit well in me.. I ordered first in 6, because, normally I used size 4-6, and was too small, then I ordered in 8; but does not look good also.. I think that all Phillip Lim items are elegant and very well done.., but in this particular case something happened..!!

Less is More
I first spotted this dress on 3.1 Phillip Lim's website and searched high and low for it. When I finally heard Shopbop was carrying it sometime this year, I kept checking online to find out when I could get my hands on it. I finally made the order, size 0, and it fit like a glove. True to size. I'm also 5' 3" so I was first concerned I may need to get the dress hemmed, but with 3" heels, I don't need to! It's absolutely wonderful. The only thing I'd say is needing to find the 'right' undergarments for this dress so you can't see lines or see through it. Otherwise, good buy...The silk isn't too thin, just the right amount and feels of quality despite how simple it is.
