Got these in 28 (I'm also a 28 in JBrand) and they fit perfectly. They do stretch out a bit after a couple of wears but its to a more comfortable sort of fit rather than a baggy, looseness. I'm 5'7 and these are slightly longer than cropped on me (in fact you can't tell that they're a bit short unless I wear low sneakers). Pretty much exactly what I was looking for, really comfy.

I was looking for a straight leg high waist ankle jeans...& this Rag & Bone pair absolutely met my requirement.. I have slim legs so don't like to go for very skinny jeans... heard they run a little small to size so ordered a 28, I usually fit into a 26 or 27 waist depending on the cut. But let me tell you the material is very stretchy so I should have stuck to a 27. The good part is its very good quality material so comes back to shape after you take it off.. They were so comfortable I just kept them. If they come in another shade will stick to my usual size.
If u love straight leg ankle length jeans.. its a must have for you !

Perfect Crop
I am always on the hunt for a great pair of black pants and I think I can stop my search now that I found these! I am 5'7" 125 lbs. and I usually wear a 25, but went with the 26 because I usually find that Rag and Bone runs small. They fit really well. Tight but not too tight. I like where they hit (right above the ankle). They DO flare slightly at the bottom, but I solved that with an iron. The fabric is nice and thick with a great amount of stretch. Love them so much I bought two pairs!
