Designer
Designer James Perse found his calling in fashion when he designed the perfect baseball cap and sold it in his father's LA boutique. When movie directors wanted the caps for their cast and crew and record labels wanted them for tours, he decided to launch the James Perse collection. Perse next worked on creating the perfect T-shirt, and today is known for an array of luxe jersey essentials including dresses, tanks, and pants with a nod to the casual Southern California lifestyle.

Great cut, nice fit
This t-shirt is a great cut and very flattering, however the fabric is very fine and after the first wash a number of small holes appeared. It's now relegated to gardening only. First disappointment that I've had in a James Perse product.

I LOVE this t-shirt. I normally wear an ex-small or small, so wasn't quite sure what size to order. I ordered the 2 (medium). I love it. The 2 has a little more room....probably will belt it. :-)

Luxury Tee!
Dear Mr Perse,
Thank you for making quite simply the perfect t shirt. It's slightly vintage looking, super soft, a great sexy v neck cut. Wears and washes really well. I know, I know, I'm gushing! But, I'm yet to find a better t shirt. And who cares about the price when it's that good!

This did not work for me at all.. it was a bit wider and shorter than i would have liked. Nice fabric though.
