versatile
I'm 5'3" and got this skirt/dress in XS and it fits great. As a skirt it hits just below the ankles, like on the model, and as a dress it hits just about my calves. The fabric is very soft and the elastic feels comfortable around the waist or over the chest.

Great casual skirt in soft material
I'm normally an xs but decided to go for a small so it was a bit looser/more casual. Just love it but have to say I would NEVER wear it as a dress - very unflattering!

This item really does work as a skirt and a dress.
I am 5' 5", 110lbs and ordered a size small.
As a skirt, it's a true maxi length, and the fold-over waistband allows you to adjust for flats or heels. As a dress, the hem hits mid-calf on me, and the fold-over band is just snug enough that it doesn't completely flatten me out (I'm an A cup), but also doesn't feel like the dress is going to fall off. Fabric is a nice summer weight without being see-through. Looking forward to wearing this as a skirt for travel - it will be a great piece to feel super comfortable on a plane and still look well put-together.

Great Casual Piece
I just received this in the mail and love it! I purchased the gray color version. I read the reviews prior to ordering and sized up to an S (I am normally an XS, 5'4" 115 lbs). It fits great, not too snug and a little slouchy which is the way I like it. I will probably wear it more as a skirt. I like the versatility but probably would only wear it as a strapless dress when covering up a swimsuit. It doesn't look at chic when in the dress form, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

Longer than expected
I'm 162cm and even after I fold extra over the band such that the label shows at the back, the skirt still drags a bit. Still getting 5 stars because to be fair, its not their fault i'm not tall! Having said that, very comfy, light stretch material & flattering. I'm a usual size 8 (Australian/UK) and the small fit just right, no muffin top.

Flimsy Fabric
I have been hunting for a casual maxi skirt and hoped this would fit the bill. It might work as a one off vacation piece but i felt it might shrink on first wash. The fabric was a little unforgiving and showed any lumps, bumps or VPL! I am 5'7" and the length was slightly too short but obviously would work ok as a dress. As I a not a fan of strapless dresses this piece just did not work for me. Oh and definitely order a size up as I typically run a small and as per reviews went for a medium which only just fit!

Comfy Skirt
Skirt is basic but really comfortable & cute with the roll down waist. I'm a 26/27 in jeans and ordered a small. It fits perfect but I could of worn a medium also. It does run small.

Nice!
The skirt is exactly as modelled though a little long for me so need to fold over a little more but it doesn't affect the overall look. It's possible to wear as a tube dress, the fit over the chest fits well too. Great for laidback chic.
