Wishing for a Warm Weather Day....
Floaty, lightweight, and hangs nicely on the body. As usual, YF&B has made a dress that requires hemming. At 5'10 with three inch wedges added the hem dragged the floor with at least an extra inch of material. I want to wear it with flats so a solid few inches will have to be removed. The underlayer clings to your body so this isn't a shapeless dress by any means. And the pattern is made up of hues that will look as good on a rare warm winter day as on a typical summer day. Be sure to fire up the steamer... this dress was a raging wrinkly mess when it emerged from the plastic envelope in which it had been packaged/wadded. Maybe it was the hustle of the holidays, but whatever the reason there is no excuse for what a mess this garment was upon arrival. This will take at least a half hour to steam (using my professional grade steamer) or cost $10 to have the dry cleaners do it.
