Pretty but too big

This is a pretty dress, with really great fabric was but was too big so am returning it. I'm normally a 4 or 6 and bought the M. Would have loved it if they still had S! It doesn't have a lining, but the material is pretty thick that if you wore beige panties they wouldn't show. Also, not sure if it was because the dress was too big on me, but the horizontal straps on the back didn't sit very well. Though this might be because I didn't fill out the dress well. The geometric shapes are gorgeous too. Just too bad it didn't fit!!

Not quite fitting

This dress looked amazing in the photo, but when I put it on, it just didn't make sense. My body is quite curvy, so I got the large size mainly to accommodate my breasts, but it was too loose everywhere (including waist and hips areas) and the overlay patterns that make this dress special were just hanging from my breasts and not touching at the waist, so it just made everything very awkward looking. Kind of like somebody had draped strings around me. Another problematic area was the texture of the material. It just didn't look as elegant in real life as it did in the photo. I believe the perfect candidate for this dress would be a very thin woman with a modest cleavage :)
